Our Book Fair is a magical mix of books, posters and irresistible novelty items for students to purchase. Parents can set up an ewallet account for their student to purchase during school hours, or accompany them to shop after school during the week and on Family Shopping Night.

With every purchase at the Fair, your school earns Scholastic Dollars worth up to 50% more than cash. What does Rancho Cañada do with our Scholastic earnings? We restock our Book Vending Machine, Purchase Scholastic Magazines for all grade levels and more! Scroll down to see the results of your shopping.

Scholastic ewallet

Families can access eWallet from your school’s Book Fair homepage, which is available three weeks before your Fair begins. They will be prompted to sign in or create a new Scholastic account to set up a free eWallet for their child. They can add funds with a credit card, use their Scholastic eGift balance, or simply invite others to contribute. Funds are available immediately and additional funds can be added at any time.

Book Vending Machine

Our book vending machine is a novelty vending machine that dispenses books instead of typical snacks or drinks. Students earn tokens for positive behaviors or achievements, and then use these tokens to "purchase" a book from the machine. This system encourages reading and positive behavior by making books a tangible reward.

Scholastic Magazines

Scholastic magazines are educational publications designed to engage students from pre-K through high school in various subjects. They offer a range of age-appropriate articles, digital resources, and activities to support and enrich learning across different curricula. These magazines cover topics like current events, science, social studies, language arts, and more, helping students understand the world around them and build essential skills.

Volunteers
